Messina’s Catering & Events is the exclusive caterer for the Rooftop on Basin.  Our menus are developed and executed by Executive Chef Mark Daniels, whose experience in Classic Creole Cuisine has won numerous awards.    

 

We pride ourselves on providing custom menus for each event.  However, here are some sample menus and formats to serve as inspiration for your one-of-a-kind event!  

BUFFET STYLE

For the group that doesn't want to stop the party! Let your guest choose when and what they want to eat, all while mingling with each other and dancing the night away. 

SEATED DINNER

Perfect for both intimate dinners or large special gatherings. Let your guest enjoy a specially prepared meal and be served like royalty.
